Digital Delivery and Refund Policy

1. SCOPE

This Policy applies to paid Langium packages offered by BFZ Mekatronik Yazılım Mühendislik Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi through https://langium.ai/, its application and related channels. Purchases made through Langium concern the right to access digital education services for a specified period and do not constitute the sale of physical goods.

2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE

The purchased package may include all or some of the following: IELTS preparation content; AI-assisted Writing assessments; AI-assisted Speaking assessments; mock examinations; student performance and progress reports; teacher or institution panel access; other digital education features specified on the purchase screen. No physical goods are shipped, delivered by courier or handed over in person as part of the Langium service.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Once payment is successfully approved by iyzico, the purchased package is assigned to the Langium account and the paid features included in the package are made available immediately. Digital delivery is deemed completed when the package has been assigned to the user account and the paid features have been made available. Unless a different start date is stated in the order details, the package term begins on the date the payment is approved. Order and package details may be sent to the BUYER's registered email address or made available through the Langium account.

4. PACKAGE TERM AND RENEWAL

The package term is determined according to the package selected by the BUYER during the purchase and is displayed before payment. The package automatically expires on the stated end date. No new charge is automatically collected from the BUYER's bank or credit card, and the package is not automatically renewed or extended. A BUYER who wishes to continue using Langium must manually purchase a new package.

5. STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION AND 10-DAY PARTIAL REFUND RIGHT

Langium packages are digital services made available electronically and immediately after payment. Therefore, under the exception in the Regulation on Distance Contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form, the BUYER may not exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, as an additional contractual right, the PROVIDER grants the BUYER the right to cancel the package within 10 days from the date and time the purchase is completed and receive a refund equal to 80% of the package price actually paid. Before the purchase is completed, the BUYER is informed that the service will be made available immediately, that the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded and of the terms of the 10-day partial refund right.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND REQUEST

The 10-day period is calculated from the date and time the payment is approved by iyzico. The cancellation and partial refund request must be sent before this period expires to info@prep-test.com or through the support form provided by Langium. The request must include the BUYER's full name, the email address used for the Langium account and the order number. Following a timely request, package access is terminated. A refund equal to 80% of the total amount actually paid by the BUYER after discounts or coupons is issued. The remaining 20% is not refunded, as consideration for the immediate activation of the service, keeping the package features available until the refund request and the digital services provided during that period. The refund is initiated within no more than 14 days after the request reaches the PROVIDER, through iyzico and to the payment instrument used for the purchase. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the bank or card account depends on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. After the 10-day period expires, no standard cancellation or refund right is available. Failure to use the service, failure to log in, a change in usage preference, no longer needing the package, deciding not to take the examination or not using all or part of the package does not create a refund right. The BUYER's rights arising from mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived by contract remain reserved. Where mandatory legislation requires a different or higher refund, the applicable legislation prevails.

7. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ACCESS

Use of Langium services requires an active internet connection, a compatible device, an up-to-date web browser and, for Speaking features, a working microphone and the necessary device permissions. Problems arising from the USER's device, internet connection, browser, microphone or system settings that are not connected with the PROVIDER's software, instructions or fault do not mean that digital delivery has not been completed. If package access has not been activated despite completed payment, the BUYER may submit a support request through info@prep-test.com, providing the order number and the email address used for the purchase.

8. UNFAIR OR UNAUTHORISED USE

The account may be temporarily restricted or closed if it is shared, used by multiple persons, operated with bots or automation tools, used to systematically copy content, used to resell the service or used in a way that adversely affects platform security. Restriction or termination of access for these reasons does not automatically create a right to a refund.

10. POLICY CHANGES AND EFFECTIVE DATE

The PROVIDER may amend this Policy due to changes in legislation, service updates or technical requirements. Amendments do not apply retroactively to the detriment of the BUYER in relation to packages purchased before the amendment. The current version of the Policy is published at https://langium.ai/. This Policy enters into effect on 29 July 2026.
